Online Store Overview Create Account At the top right-hand side of the window, click the First-Time Register button. Enter your info, click Register. Your username is the e-mail address you entered on the registration page. Log in Enter your e-mail address and your password. Click Log In. When you're correctly logged in, the heading of the website will show the current date and says, "Now serving (your name)." Forget your Password? Enter your e-mail address and press Oops! We'll e-mail you your password. Navigating On the left of the screen you will find our Product List, Current Specials, Resources, and Site Seeing. Product List Shows the various categories of products we sell. Simply click on what you would like to browse. Current Specials Click the special to find out all the details. Resources Here you can order a catalog, join our Secret Handshake Club, print order forms, and even find a nice drink recipe! Site Seeing Here you will find a link to our Privacy Policy and Jobs Posting. ORDERING ONLINE Finding Products The Products menu on the left-hand side of the screen contains links for every product category. Click on the category of product you are looking for. A screen with product images and descriptions is displayed. (If you already know the product number, you may bypass this step and enter it directly in the Product # box and hit Go.) After browsing through the pages, click on any item image or the name to select it. This will bring you to that item's page. Here you enter quantities, stocks, custom text, postage, etc. Adding a Product to the Shopping Cart After double checking your work, click the Submit button at the bottom of the Product Display screen. This will bring you to your Shopping Cart. Here you will see: the Product name, quantity, Edit Item link, Remove from Cart check box, and the cost of the product. If you've ordered more than one product, they'll all be shown. To continue shopping, click a new Product Category or enter a new Product Number. Click the Checkout link to complete your purchase. Checking Out After pressing the Checkout link, the next screen will ask for your shipping and billing info, your shipping method, and payment method. When you are ready to finish your order, click the Proceed to Confirmation button. Completing your Order After pressing the Proceed to Confirmation button, you will be asked to verify the information that you have entered. If everything is correct, press the Complete Order button at the top or bottom of the screen. If you need to correct something, press the Update Information button at the bottom of the screen. When you press Complete Order, you will be taken to another screen that will provide you with your Confirmation Number. Please keep this number for future reference. Product Information All items are sold separately, unless indicated otherwise. All product price breaks are based on the quantity ordered for that individual product. Multiple product orders may not be combined for lower pricing. Prices do not include shipping and are in U.S. currency. Photo Specifications - Your digital camera probably takes photos in TIFF & JPEG formats, both of which are fine. - When sending or e-mailing scanned or digital photos, send them at 200 dpi, TIFF or JPEG format. - Scanned photos should be sent in at (or near) the same size they'll appear on the final printed piece. Important Photo Notes: - Most mistakes happen when attaching photos to a web order. For us to get your photos, they must be stored someplace ON your computer - NOT on an external device such as a digital camera or Zip disc. Transfer your photos to a location ON your computer first (the Desktop is fine), THEN attach. - The quality of an image saved for the web (72 dpi) is much lower than one saved for printing (200 dpi). The image may look good on your screen, but will look lousy when printed. If at all possible, do not use images from a website or images that have been "optimized" for the web. Do you already have my personal photo? If we've done work for you in the last two years and your personal photo appeared on it, then YES, we have it. You DO NOT need to send it in with future orders, unless of course, you want to replace it. We will then delete your old photo. Our Turnaround Time 48 business hours in-house (Monday through Friday). For example, if we receive your order on Monday, it will ship on Wednesday. Allow the appropriate shipping time to determine the delivery date of your order. If you require a fax or e-mail proof, the turnaround time for your order will be affected by how quickly you approve your proof. Any order approved after 1 PM ET is not guaranteed to ship that day. But we will do our best! Pads, letterheads, and envelopes are the exception to the 48-hour rule. Our turnaround time for these products is 2 weeks. Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery Time This will vary depending on the shipping method you choose. Our standard shipping is 2 to 3 days, with 3 days guaranteed. Our overnight shipping is guaranteed next day. Customers in Hawaii and Alaska add another day to shipping. Pads, letterheads, and envelopes are shipped best way ground, and will take 3 to 5 days to arrive. Received Orders When you receive your order, please check it for accuracy. We cannot be responsible for inaccuracies after 30 days from the shipping date of the order. Returns Policy Products may not be returned without prior authorization from Customer Care. All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date of the order.
